Therabreath Multi-Symptom Probiotic Review

TheraBreath Multi Symptom Probiotics are designed to specifically target the germs responsible for many oral care problems like bad breath, cavities, biofilm, plaque formation, gum disease, even ear aches and sore throats. The entry point for germs responsible for many of these issues is your mouth.

By setting up an effective defense against hostile bacteria in your oral cavity, you can prevent many of these problems before they start. An exclusive blend of BLIS K12 and M18 probiotics, this breakthrough treatment starts to quickly form colonies of beneficial bacteria in as little as 30 days. Easy to use: every day you just mix a stick pack with water and gargle. Everything you need comes in this simple kit.

I received this product a few weeks before my daughter was born. It’s pretty simple to use. You use the  treatment twice (morning and night) on the first day, once (each morning) on days 2-6, and twice (morning and night) on day 7. Each ‘dose’ is a little packet that you mix with about 2 oz. of water. To be honest, on the first day I used 2 oz. of water and could not get all of the powder to dissolve. It was more like 4 oz. for me to get it to dissolve enough.

They recommend that when you brush your teeth, tongue, and cheeks before beginning the treatment to use their Therabreath Toothpaste. The kit comes with a small tube of toothpaste, but if you run out, I’m sure regular toothpaste would be an acceptable alternative. They also recommend repeating the treatment every 60-90 days to keep the good bacteria healthy.

After the first week I did notice that my breath seemed fresher. However, Alyson’s arrival put a gap in the treatment that, I think,  influenced the effectiveness of the treatment. Also, I think this is something that would work best after long-term use.

(I received a free product from Therabreath for review purposes.  All opinions are my own and not influenced in anyway. Other people’s views and experiences with the product or products might be different from mine.)
